TNTW Community Guidelines 

Effective date: December 1, 2025

 

These Community Guidelines outline the expectations for respectful conduct within the TNTW Portal, including all membership spaces, community circles, the Sangha, comments, events, and discussions. By participating in any community feature, you agree to uphold these standards.

 

1. Respectful Conduct

 All members must treat others with dignity, kindness, and respect. This includes honoring diverse lived experiences, perspectives, identities, and spiritual frameworks.

Not permitted: 

  • Harassment, bullying, or targeted hostility

  • Insults, name-calling, or degrading comments

  • Dismissive behavior toward another member’s journey 

 

2. Confidentiality

What is shared in our community spaces must remain in our community spaces.

You agree not to:

  • Share another member’s story, comments, or personal experience outside the Portal

  • Screenshot, record, or redistribute community content without explicit permission

Violation of confidentiality may result in immediate removal.

 

3. No Harmful or Abusive Content

 The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Hate speech or discriminatory remarks

  • Threats, intimidation, or coercion

  • Sexual harassment or inappropriate messages

  • Violent, abusive, or malicious behavior

 

4. No Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice

 Members may not present themselves as giving:

  • medical diagnoses

  • therapeutic treatment

  • legal counsel

  • financial advice

 You may share personal experiences, but not professional directives unless explicitly authorized by TNTW.

  

5. Crisis or Emergency Situations

 The TNTW Portal is not a crisis support service. Members experiencing an emergency or acute mental health crisis should immediately contact:

  • 911 (US emergency services)

  • 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline)

  • Local emergency or crisis lines in their region

 Community spaces cannot and should not replace professional or emergency care.

 

6. No Spam, Promotion, or Solicitations

 Members may not:

  • Promote businesses, services, or products

  • Solicit clients or customers

  • Use the community for marketing or recruitment

 Unless expressly permitted by TNTW, promotional activity is not allowed.

 

7. Intellectual Property

 All written material, meditations, courses, videos, graphics, and resources in the Portal are the intellectual property of True North Total Wellness.

 You agree not to:

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Teach

  • Upload

  • Modify

  • or otherwise use TNTW content outside the Portal without written permission.

 

8. Respectful Engagement with Moderators & Hosts

 Moderators and team members help maintain safety and harmony in the community. You agree to:

  • Follow instructions from moderators

  • Engage in feedback discussions respectfully

  • Ask questions if guidelines feel unclear

 Failure to comply may result in a warning or removal.

 

9. Zero-Tolerance Violations

 TNTW reserves the right to suspend or remove any member for:

  • repeated disruptive behavior

  • violation of confidentiality

  • harassment or harmful conduct

  • sharing intellectual property

  • refusal to follow moderator direction

Decisions are made at TNTW’s sole discretion.

  

10. Agreement to These Guidelines

Participation in the TNTW Portal or Sangha constitutes agreement to these Guidelines. You acknowledge that guidelines may evolve over time and agree to review them periodically.
