Your member intake form arrives by email within 24 hours. Complete it before your session. Your terrain — your rhythms, your load, what has and hasn't worked — is what Ronda uses to build your map.

The 90-minute session

Adaptive to what you bring. Herbal guidance, somatic awareness, spiritual direction, action planning — whatever your terrain calls for. You will leave with your Wellness Map.

Two-week check-in

Ronda reaches out personally at the two-week mark. How is the map landing? Any unexpected ground? No form, no agenda — just a wayfinder checking in.

14 days after your session

30-day integration call

A 30-minute call to check the map against the actual terrain. What matched? What needs redrawing? Your protocol continues for 90 days — this call sets you up to walk it confidently.

Before your first session

You will receive your member intake form by email within 24 hours. Please complete it before your session — it is not a medical form, but an honest account of your terrain as it actually is. Ronda reads every word before you sit together. The more honestly you complete it, the better your map will be.
