A Note From Ronda Thornton
The Heart and Hands behind TNTW
Hi! I’m Ronda, attorney, wellness practitioner, guide, and eternal student of the human spirit. Creating TNTW has been both a devotion and a homecoming, shaped not by ease but by initiation.
This work didn’t arrive in a single moment of clarity. It emerged through seasons of unraveling, remembering, and choosing to begin again. I never set out to become a healer or a teacher. I was simply trying to breathe, to understand myself, my body, and the world around me.
The practices that found me over the years like meditation, prayer, yoga, plant medicine, and the slow ritual of tea became anchors when everything else felt uncertain. In healing myself, I learned how to hold space for others, not as an expert, but as a fellow traveler walking the path in real time.
Before the TNTW Portal existed, there was a brick-and-mortar wellness lounge: a gentle gathering place for rest and remembrance. When that physical space was destroyed, I thought the story was over. Instead, it became my greatest initiation as an ending that revealed itself as a threshold.
From those ashes, the Portal was born as a living digital altar where resilience, ritual, and remembrance meet. It is the light I once needed along my own path, now offered to illuminate the paths of others.
 My Path to True NorthÂ
My journey into this work was never linear. It rarely is for seekers. For years, I lived fully inside the world of law and policy, systems built on structure, discipline, and advocacy. That work shaped my voice, sharpened my discernment, and deepened my commitment to equity. But beneath the professional success, I felt the quiet ache of disconnection. Something essential in me was asking to be reclaimed.
I was drawn intuitively toward practices that felt like home: sacred texts, embodied movement, energy medicine, herbalism, naturopathic healing, global travel, and the artistry of tea. These were not initially career paths; they were survival tools and ways to breathe when my life demanded more than endurance. Over time, personal seeking became sacred offering. The more I healed, the more clearly I understood that healing is communal. I believe that what roots us individually has the power to ripple outward.
TNTW is the embodiment of that realization, a bridge between structure and spirit, intellect and intuition, discipline and devotion. It is the home I built from everything that once broke me open and everything that helped me rise.
The Wisdom I Carry
My professional and spiritual paths have woven themselves together in ways I could never have predicted, each one refining the other. None of this came by grand design. My studies were not pursuits of prestige; they were lifelines. Each milestone was medicine for the soul: a question or prayer answered, a doorway crossed, a lesson lived in my bones. The knowledge I hold was first healing for me. TNTW is simply the way I now offer that medicine forward.
At its core, my work has and will always be rooted in freedom, truth, fairness, compassion, and healing - whether expressed through advocacy, teaching, intuitive work, or community care. These are anchors, not not accomplishments and they shape the way I serve.

My PhilosophyÂ
At its essence, my work is about remembering the body as sacred, the breath as teacher, and the self as inherently whole. Healing is not about fixing what is broken; it is about reclaiming what has been forgotten. Resilience, I’ve learned, is a spiritual practice. The moments that burned me open are the same moments that taught me to listen, to soften, and to stay. Every offering within the TNTW Portal is distilled from these lived truths as practices to help us meet life’s thresholds with reverence, clarity, and courage.
I believe we all carry an inner compass, a True North, that points us toward alignment when we are willing and quiet enough to listen. TNTW is an invitation to return to that knowing. To slow down, root deeply, and to live with a clarity that feels both peaceful and powerful. For me, this is not theoretical work. It is the way I navigate the intersections of purpose and pressure, structure and surrender. It is how I’ve learned that devotion can look like discipline, and that freedom can be found in rhythm.
Spiritual practice is not a destination. It is a way of traversing and showing up in the world with more love, integrity, and presence.
An InvitationÂ
If something within you is stirring as a quiet pull toward alignment, healing, or deeper embodiment, I invite you to step inside the TNTW Portal. You’ll find teachings, tools, and community designed to support your remembering, not to tell you who to be, but to help you return home to yourself.
This is the work of TNTW:Â Â not striving, but attuning.Â
Not seeking perfection, but practicing presence.Â
Thank you for walking this path with me. May what you find here nourish your body, awaken your spirit, and ripple outward into every corner of your life.
With love,
Ronda ThorntonÂ
