These centers are not about “ascending away” from life, nor are they superior to the body-based chakras. Instead, they become relevant as awareness deepens, when we are ready to integrate spirit through the body rather than escape it.

A grounding principle to remember: In the etheric realm, development is not linear.  We move back and forth, spiraling through layers of healing, insight, and embodiment. Nothing here is meant to be forced and the descriptions are invitations, not requirements. For many people, the most consistent work happens with two key points:

• One below the body that anchors us into Earth

• One above the body that reconnects us to higher guidance

Chakra 0 — Earth Star Chakra

The Super Root | Foundation of Embodiment 

Location: 6–12 inches below the feet

Color: Deep Brown, Black, Smoky Gray

Affirmation:  “I am grounded in the sacred Earth.” 

The Earth Star Chakra is your energetic root system, an extension of the Root Chakra that connects you directly to the living intelligence of the planet. It anchors spiritual insight into matter and stabilizes the nervous system when energy work becomes overwhelming.This chakra is deeply connected to:

• Ancestral memory and lineage healing 

• DNA restoration and inherited patterns 

• Embodied manifestation and safety in the body

All living beings, plants, animals, humans, share this energetic root. When we work with the Earth Star, we remember that no healing happens in isolation.

When to work with this chakra: 

• Feeling scattered, ungrounded, or “floaty”

• During ancestral or shadow work

• When spiritual practices feel destabilizing rather than nourishing

The Soul Star Chakra acts as a bridge between the human and the eternal. It stores the wisdom of the soul across lifetimes and timelines and serves as a point of communion with higher guidance. For many people, this chakra activates naturally during periods of inner inquiry, healing, or awakening. For others, it opens gradually as the lower chakras are stabilized and integrated.

• Seeking clarity on life direction or soul themes

• During intention-setting, dreamwork, or reflective journaling

• When reconnecting to intuition after periods of overthinking

This is often a tender chakra to work with, especially for those conditioned toward self-sacrifice or over-responsibility.

Chakra 10 — Galactic Chakra

Creative Service | Sharing Your Light 

Location: Above the Spirit Chakra

The Galactic Chakra awakens when we choose to walk our authentic path, even when it requires courage and inner transformation. This chakra is less about comfort and more about alignment—bringing gifts into the world without bypassing the work required to hold them.

• Purposeful action aligned with values

• Integration after deep inner healing

Chakra 11 — Universal Chakra

Unity Consciousness | Collective Healing 

Location: Above the Galactic Chakra

Color: Opalescent Rainbow Light

Element: Unified Field

Influence: Oneness, collective love, transpersonal awareness

Affirmation: “I am one with all that is.” 

The Universal Chakra represents unity consciousness, the felt knowing that separation is an illusion. Accessing this field requires grounding, humility, and rest. Without embodiment, this chakra can lead to burnout or spiritual disconnection.

Ways to align: 

• Group meditation or collective prayer

• Heart-centered service with boundaries

• Practices that balance giving and receiving

The ascension chakras are not milestones to conquer; they are relationships to deepen. True expansion does not pull us away from life—it brings us more fully into it. Ground first. Integrate often. Let curiosity lead rather than striving.
