Member Orientation Guide
This is not a portal you rush through. There is no right order, no required timeline, no destination to arrive at. You are invited to enter where resonance shows up and return as often as you need.
Your Path
The Five Stages of Membership
Click any stage to learn what to expect and how to move through it with ease.
1
Discovery
Finding your way here -- something resonated.
You likely arrived through Instagram, a trusted recommendation, or stumbling upon a Lotus Library article. Something in the language felt like it was written for you. That recognition is the beginning. You don't need to do anything yet -- just let yourself arrive.
2
Curiosity
Exploring freely before committing.
Visit the Lotus Library -- it's public and free. Read what draws you in. Notice which pillar (Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual, Intellectual) sparks the most recognition. You don't need to choose one. You're orienting.
3
Entry
You've joined. Now: Start Here, not everywhere.
Your first move after joining: visit the Start Here page. It will orient you to the portal without overwhelming you. From there, choose one Guided Journey or one Toolkit that feels most relevant to where you are right now. Resist the urge to download everything at once.
4
Integration
The work moves from insight into your body and life.
This is where the real work lives. You're downloading tools, listening to meditations, noticing small regulation shifts. You might dip into the Sangha when a prompt resonates. The goal here isn't completion -- it's embodiment. Insight without integration is just more information.
5
Embodiment
The portal becomes a rhythm, not a destination.
You return seasonally. You repeat practices that have served you. You refer others not because you were asked to, but because something genuinely shifted. You feel less dependent on external frameworks and more anchored in your own discernment. This is the goal -- your sovereignty, not our retention.

Common Questions
Frequently Asked
Where should I start as a new member? ▼
Go to the Start Here page first -- always. It is designed to orient you without overwhelming you. From there, let resonance guide you. There is no wrong entry point.
Do I need to complete the pillars in order? ▼
No. The portal is modular. You might begin with Emotional work because that is where you are, and naturally find yourself drawn into the Physical or Spiritual pillar. Follow what is alive for you.
What if I feel overwhelmed by the amount of content? ▼
That feeling is common and worth noticing. The TNTW Alignment Quiz is great for personalized recommedations of where to start. Choose one journey or one toolkit. Commit to it before opening anything else. The portal rewards depth over breadth. You don't have to consume it all -- you're meant to embody a little of it at a time.
Is TNTW spiritually affiliated or religious? ▼
TNTW is spiritually curious but not doctrinally aligned. You will find moon medicine, integration rituals, and meditation alongside CBT tools and nervous system science. There is no guru. There is no required belief system. Discernment is yours.
How active do I need to be in the Sangha? ▼
Not at all, if that is not where you are. The Sangha is an invitation, not an obligation. Some members engage weekly; others check in seasonally. Both are valid. Presence over performance, always.
Can I access TNTW on my phone? ▼
Yes -- the portal is mobile-accessible, however, viewing is optimized on desktop. For tech questions, visit the Tech Support page on the site.
What does membership include? ▼
Access to all Guided Journeys, the full Ritual Toolkit Vault (meditations, workbooks, apothecary resources, trackers), the Sangha community space, and new content as it is added. The Lotus Library is free and public for everyone.
"The TNTW Portal exists to support people on their journey to align with their most whole and highest self."
