Ronda's Self-Healing Protocol
This is the personal framework I return to โ shared with 1:1 clients as a window into the work. No action required. If any of my practices spark questions, bring them to our session. I'm happy to talk through any of it.
Completing Your Intake
Set aside 20 to 30 minutes of uninterrupted time. Answer honestly. Nothing you share is too much or too little โ there are no right answers here, only true ones.
Download and complete
Open the intake form above, save it to your device, and complete it at your own pace. You can return to it as many times as you need.
Be specific over polished
The more honestly you show up on the page, the better your Wellness Map will be. Specific is always more useful than polished.
Email it to Ronda
Send your completed intake to [email protected] at least 48 hours before your session. Ronda reads every word before you sit together.
Schedule Your Session
Use the Schedule Session button in your coaching portal to book your time. Choose a window that gives you space before and after โ this is not a meeting to fit between things.
Sessions are held via video call. Ronda will send the link once you book.
